GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS OR OTHER MATERIALS FROM THE BRIDOR MEDIA CENTRE

Any reproduction or use of documents from the Media Centre over which BRIDOR holds exclusive ownership rights is prohibited without the prior consent of BRIDOR, and may only be performed for an application that has been accepted by BRIDOR.

Use of the Media Centre in no way implies any assignment of rights, which remain the exclusive property of BRIDOR.

Any fraudulent use of the Media Centre, in whole or in part, may result in legal action.

Accessing the Media Centre

Accessing the Media Centre confers a private and non-exclusive right to use this Media Centre.

Once access has been authorised, a confirmation email will be sent to the user, who may then log in to the site using a password which they are free to manage.

The user name and password are strictly private and reserved solely for the user identified on the access request form, who is expressly prohibited from communicating it to any person for any reason whatsoever.

Copyrights

All photographs, videos and other materials from the BRIDOR Media Centre are the exclusive property of BRIDOR or any copyright-holding third parties that have authorised BRIDOR to communicate them. These materials are royalty free for the exclusive purposes of promoting BRIDOR and its subsidiaries.

The photo credit, name of the photographer and/or image ID contained in the file for the image, video or other materials must be included in any reproduction, and any failure to do so will entitle BRIDOR to demand compensation for failure to identify. If the image from the BRIDOR Media Centre does not carry any photo credit, the document used must bear the following notice: © BRIDOR – Groupe Le Duff.

Use of photos

The photos, videos and other materials available on the BRIDOR Media Centre are intended for publications produced by BRIDOR and its subsidiaries. Any other use of these materials in any way or form will require the prior written consent of the BRIDOR Marketing Department.

IN ANY CASE, PHOTOS AND VIDEOS EXPORTED FROM THE "MYBRIDOR.COM" SITE SHALL BE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR PROMOTING BRIDOR PRODUCTS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THESE MATERIALS BE ASSOCIATED WITH OTHER PRODUCTS, BRANDS OR COMPANIES OTHER THAN BRIDOR.

In the event the image is manipulated or modified, the user is creating a derivative work. According to current copyright legislation, the creator of the original work is considered the copyright owner. Consequently, the user does not hold any copyright over the derivative work, insofar as they are not the owner of the original work.

Proof of publication

Proof of publication of the images used must be sent to the BRIDOR Marketing Department upon request of the latter (e.g. a copy of the issue, the website URL, a PDF mock-up, the address of the website where the photos are located, a screenshot, etc.).

Governing law, court of competent jurisdiction and contractual documents

These terms and conditions of use are governed by French law. Any use not in compliance with these terms and conditions for using the BRIDOR Media Centre may be subject to legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction.

As these terms of use and restrictions may be modified at any time without prior notice, the user undertakes to read and take cognizance of them during each use.
